Norm is the Senior Pastor of New Hope Evangelical Church. He is an accomplished Human Service Administrator and Church Administrator with more than 35 years of experience. His favorite past times include golf and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.

LCSW-R, Board Vice Chair
Valerie has over 30 years of experience working in various roles within the mental health and addiction field. Currently, she works for The National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence- Rochester Area as the Project Coordinator for Team Awareness and Workplace Wellness. Valerie continues to have faith in the power of the soul and a strong commitment to helping others find their personal path to recovery.

Peter Sear
Treasurer
Peter, a graduate of the University of Toronto, worked in the real estate subsidiary of First Federal S&L for 13 years. He later became Executive Vice President and a Board member, managing their $5 billion asset portfolio. After Canada Trust acquired them, Peter ran for Brighton Town Council and acquired a small classic auto restoration business. He’s been involved in Rotary Club, Easter Seals Society, Sister Cities, Birthright, Heritage Christian Services foundation board, Agency board, and Blessed Sacrament Parish Finance Council.

Rev. Roch Whitman
Roch has more than 40 years of marketing and communications experience with both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. He is currently a Director of Marketing and Communications for Rochester Institute of Technology. Roch is a Deacon in the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester, a former student of the Crossroads Equipped to Care program, and has served on the Boards of several other Rochester-based human service agencies.

Miosha is a Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner at Intermountain Health. She is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a Business Masters, SPHR certification, and over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. In her Tenure in HR she has worked in several facets of leadership within fortune 300 and 500 companies. Her favorite hobbies are cooking and writing.

Jessica is an accomplished leader in the non-profit sector with an extensive academic background, including a bachelor’s in social work, a master’s in organizational leadership, and a certification in Non-Profit Management. She harnesses these qualifications to drive transformative change and ensure sustainable growth within the organizations she serves. Over the course of her distinguished career, Jessica has secured multimillion-dollar grants, benefiting diverse areas such as community health, education, housing, workforce development, behavioral health, and capital infrastructure.
Equipped with a mission-centric approach, Jessica’s focus remains steadfast on measurable outcomes and impactful results. She has a proven legacy of developing result-oriented programs, intricately collaborating with socially marginalized groups, and fostering an environment where children, youth, and families can thrive.
Beyond her primary professional endeavors, Jessica’s specialties include non-profit finance, program development, and leadership development, underpinned by a profound understanding of data analytics and project management. Additionally, as a certified yoga and meditation instructor, she harmoniously blends personal well-being into her leadership style, exemplifying holistic growth and success.
