Norm is the Senior Pastor of New Hope Evangelical Church. He is an accomplished Human Service Administrator and Church Administrator with more than 35 years of experience. His favorite past times include golf and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.

LCSW-R, Board Vice Chair

Valerie has over 30 years of experience working in various roles within the mental health and addiction field. Currently, she works for The National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence- Rochester Area as the Project Coordinator for Team Awareness and Workplace Wellness. Valerie continues to have faith in the power of the soul and a strong commitment to helping others find their personal path to recovery.

Treasurer

Peter, a graduate of the University of Toronto, worked in the real estate subsidiary of First Federal S&L for 13 years. He later became Executive Vice President and a Board member, managing their $5 billion asset portfolio. After Canada Trust acquired them, Peter ran for Brighton Town Council and acquired a small classic auto restoration business. He’s been involved in Rotary Club, Easter Seals Society, Sister Cities, Birthright, Heritage Christian Services foundation board, Agency board, and Blessed Sacrament Parish Finance Council.

Roch has more than 40 years of marketing and communications experience with both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.  He is currently a Director of Marketing and Communications for Rochester Institute of Technology.  Roch is a Deacon in the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester, a former student of the Crossroads Equipped to Care program, and has served on the Boards of several other Rochester-based human service agencies.

David has nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, with a focus on fundraising, grant writing, communications, and marketing. He has spent much of his career helping nonprofit and faith-based organizations build relationships, strengthen their mission, and better serve our community. David is also actively involved in the local church and is passionate about bringing people and resources together to care for our neighbors and make a meaningful difference in the Greater Rochester community.

Lynnette is a community leader with experience supporting nonprofit, public, and government initiatives, with a particular focus on housing, neighborhood development, and community sustainability. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management with a concentration in Sociology from Siena College. Her community involvement has included leadership roles with the Southwest Common Council, Anthony Square Block Club, Changing of the Scenes Neighborhood Association, Providence Housing, and the Focused Investment Strategy Community Team.
