Our Vision
Crossroads of Caring will become an integral community based partner for providing spiritual support to all individuals of central and western New York, with particular focus on marginalized populations.
Our Objectives
assist in ongoing pastoral identity formation and the education of spiritual care providers, both volunteer and professional.
provide learning opportunities, mentoring and consultation for spiritual practitioners / faith leaders.
provide a future workforce for communities that can offer spiritual care to meet the needs of their residents/participants/congregants.
work toward the development and employment of a cadre of professionally certified Community Healthcare Chaplains.
participate in advocacy that supports spiritual care and chaplaincy as a profession.
