August 4, 11, 25 | Registration $75A Wellness Program for Caregivers
Storytelling as a Spiritual Practice
About the Program
Caring for others is deeply meaningful work—but it can also leave little room to nurture your own spirit. This three-session online program invites caregivers, chaplains, and helping professionals to reconnect with themselves through storytelling, reflection, poetry, music, and writing. As caregivers, we give so much time and energy to supporting the spiritual growth of others that sometimes our own spiritual connection begins to falter.
This three-session course is designed to strengthen your personal connection to something greater than yourself through sacred and secular stories, poetry, music, reflective writing, and conversation.
Together we'll explore our beliefs and experiences while listening, reflecting, writing, and using stories as a guide toward a deeper relationship with the Great Mystery.
No previous storytelling or writing experience is necessary.
All sessions will be recorded and made available to participants who cannot attend live.
