Storytelling as a Spiritual Practice is a three-session online wellness program for caregivers, chaplains, helping professionals, and others seeking space for reflection and renewal.

Facilitated by award-winning storyteller Regi Carpenter, the program uses storytelling, reflective writing, poetry, music, and conversation to help participants reconnect with themselves, explore meaningful experiences, and build connection with others. No storytelling or writing experience is required.
